Responsibilities
- You support us in the daily management of the agency's social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
- This includes planning and implementing various marketing activities on our online channels.
- You'll be responsible for uploading all social media assets, from feed posts to our own stories and reposts of external content
- Social Media: You develop social media strategies for new or existing social media channels. You research topics, draft posts and look for creative ideas for our channels and those of our clients.
- Graphics: You develop and design postings and visuals for social media and deepen your knowledge of Photoshop and other graphic tools.
- Monitoring: You take care of the evaluation of the results and always keep an eye on our social media performance.
You also support our Corporate Communication in the preparation of internal and external communication - for example in the form of newsletters, emails and award management.
Professional qualifications

- You are a social media junkie and are familiar with current trends
- You are innovative, motivated and result-oriented and have a high sense of responsibility.
- Ideally, you have some experience in content management systems and can independently take over the maintenance of an internal website.

You are a team player who can work well collaboratively as well as independently. - You are fluent in written and spoken English & German
- You are looking for a compulsory internship and bring at least 5 months time with you
- You can be on site in our Cologne office
